As has been the tradition for almost 100 years, Boker knives are now being manufactured in the USA again. We are proud to present the first project from American production at our Denver/Colorado site.
In the sparsely populated expanses of North America, the hunter is completely on his own. He has to carry his entire infrastructure, hunting equipment and, in addition, the game he hunts over long distances on his own back. Every gram of equipment that can be saved counts. Nevertheless, the equipment must be highly functional and absolutely reliable. The BOKER USA BACKCOUNTRY has been uncompromisingly designed to meet these requirements. Thanks to a flat blade and handle scales, the weight has been kept at a slim 58 grams. Despite its compact dimensions, the knife allows excellent control of the cutting action. Jimpings at all neuralgic points, including the spine behind the blade tip, contribute to this. The CPM MagnaCut steel used (61-62 HRC, stonewash finish) guarantees an unprecedented combination of resilience and rust resistance with maximum edge retention. The handle scales are in signal-orange G10. A perfectly fitting Kydex sheath rounds off the knife. These qualities prove their worth for hunters, anglers, bag and bike packers, as an EDC companion and for anyone looking for outstanding performance in a compact and lightweight package. Handmade by Boker USA in Denver, Colorado.
