The Boker Plus Mini Tracker, designed by Dave Wenger, convinces as an extremely stable outdoor knife with a massive blade made of 1095 carbon steel, which boasts an excellent corrosion resistance, due to the abrasion resistant powder coating. Dave Wenger, from Michigan, developed an appreciation for knives, axes and swords as a small boy, and followed in his grandfather's footsteps from an early stage in his life. This is how the long-time blacksmith became the teacher of his inexperienced but extremely ambitious grandson, who has now been designing and manufacturing knives full time for many years. The front-loaded blade of this solid survival knife has two different sharpening levels and is ideal for chopping, cutting, scraping, digging and levering. The optimum balance of the blade thickness and length, as well as the ergonomic shape of the finely textured Micarta handle scales, allow fatigue-free work. This updated version is equipped with a full tang blade, held by sturdy screws, for maximum stability. Includes a belt adapter and precisely fitted Kydex sheath.
