The bowie knife by Spanish manufacturer Nieto is a real eyecatcher with beautiful olive wood handle scales. The handle is made from aluminum to help reduce weight. The rather sturdy blade with a 4 mm back is made from quality steel AN.58, tempered to a Rockwell hardness of 58 to 59 HRC. A sheath of sturdy leather completes the configuration.
