Like an outdoor adventure! The Boker Plus Northwood Bowie is more than just a fixed blade knife, it is an invitation to nature, freedom and adventure. Fresh morning dew and cool air as a warming symphony for the soul and bone-chilling cold for everyday life. US knife designer Dave Wenger has already proven with the tried and tested models in the Boker Plus Tracker series that the path into the countryside is full of exciting secrets to be discovered. With the fully-grown Northwood Bowie, the undergrowth becomes a playground. As a quick-witted bush and chopping knife, it clears the way for new paths, new stories and new experiences. The imposing Bowie blade made of 1095 carbon steel with a corrosion resistant black coating and a two-part grind is striking. The rear section of the blade with a high bevel is ideal for carving and splitting wood (batoning), while the front, longer bevel really comes into its own when cutting and clearing undergrowth. The full tang construction and the ergonomic handle scales made of green Micarta and solidly screwed with hollow studs always provide a secure feel and a firm grip. The wood is its hood - the perfect outdoor knife for bushcrafting and camping. Supplied with a custom-fit Kydex sheath and a belt adapter.
